LOWELL "CHUCK" SMITH

Lowell "Chuck" Smith, 78, of Stratford passed away peacefully at the Ritz Lutheran Villa, Mitchell on Saturday, December 17, 2016.

Surviving are his sons Dale Smith, Todd Smith (Gina) and Paul Smith (Victoria) and their mother Lynda Kelly. Loving grandfather of Connor and Isabella Smith. Dear brother of Lyle Smith (Joyce) and Barry Smith (Susan). Dear uncle of Nancy, Jason and Jennifer.

Predeceased by his parents Wilson and Sadie Smith and brother Wayne in childhood.
