It is with deep sadness and sorrow that we announce the patriarch of our family, Ted Schinbein passed away at home on Saturday, April 23rd, 2022 and is no longer suffering. Beloved husband of Yvette of 55 years. Loving father of Melanie (Marcel), Jonathan (Cindy), Devon (Grace) and honorary father of Marieanne Hapannak. Cherished grandfather and great grandfather of Hailey (Richard), Hannah, Hollie, Falon, Javan, Ethan, Karissa, Kaeleb, Brayden, Makayla, Jaxson, Maverick, and Lexi. Dear brother of Helen, and Robert (Marilyn). Brother-in-law of Harvey (Valerie), and Lucie (Johnny). He will also be missed by his many nieces, nephews, and countless friends around the world.
Predeceased by his father John, mother Bernice, and stepfather Elmer.
The last few years have been tough with cancer and strokes and broken hips. But through it all he smiled and stayed strong. He was a husband, dad, a grampy, a great grampy and a friend to all who knew him. He adored us and was so proud of everyone.
Private family arrangements entrusted to the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell.
