TALEYA PARIS

Taleya Kristen Paris born on July 20, 2011 was the precious and beloved daughter of Tharron Paris and Erica Sampson. She was a twin sister to Tanaya and a sister to Eryah, Nevaeh, Ryanne, Talan (Tharron Jr.), Talena (Ontario) and Landen and Jaclyn (Nova Scotia). Taleya’s life was tragically taken from us on March 6, 2022. She was loved beyond measure by her paternal grandparents Misty and Wade Moore (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), great grandmother Carolyn Jones (Truro Nova Scotia), foster families Pauline Harrison and Phillip Knox (Mitchell, Ontario) and Damali and Sandre Thomas (London,Ontario). Taleya is also survived by her extended family that includes many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Taleya’s motto was “Why walk when I can run or dance to get there”! Dancing was her passion and she was a member of West Perth Dance Club. She was also an avid horse lover and weekly ridings were a must for her. She attended Upper Thames Elementary School in Mitchell Ontario and will be deeply missed by all of her friends and classmates.

A celebration of life has been planned by her family involving the community of Mitchell and will be held at the Lockhart Funeral Home Reception Centre in Mitchell, Ontario on Saturday March 26, 2022 from 1-4 p.m. Special words and memories will be shared at 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for any donations to to be made to a society of your choice in Taleya’s honour or to the Trust Fund that has been set up for the siblings directly affected. Donations to the Trust Fund may be made by e-transfer to vjass@blacklawoffice.ca.

Please dress casually and in memory of Taleya wear something sparkly…the more the better!
To everyone “hug each other more and be kinder and gentler with each other as your world can be changed in an instant”.
