MARGARET DRUMMOND
Margaret Drummond, 92, of Mitchell passed away peacefully at the Mitchell Nursing Home on Tuesday, August 16, 2022..
Beloved wife of the late Gordon Drummond (2009). Loving mother of Murray Drummond and James (Barbara) Drummond. Cherished grandmother of Jessica, Joshua, Melinda and Jason. Dear sister of Roy (Marion) McKay. Also surviving are her nieces, nephews and their families.
Predeceased by her son Don (2020) and parents William and Elsie McKay.
Marg was an elementary school teacher having taught in the Mitchell area for 33 years. She was a member of the Stratford Field Naturalists and enjoyed hiking, bird watching and gardening.
A graveside service will be held at Knox Presbyterian Cemetery, Ontario Rd., Mitchell on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. Memorial donations to Camp Bimini or the Ritz Villa Redevelopment Fund would be appreciated and may be made at LockhartFuneralHome.com.
