Mina Otten, 79, of Mitchell passed away peacefully at the Mitchell Nursing Home on Saturday, January 22, 2022.
Beloved wife of the late Klaas Otten (2009). Dear mother of Chris Otten (Cindy), Larry Otten (Charlene) and John Otten. Loving grandmother of Michelle (Kevin), Justine (Milan), Wayne, Olivia (Dan), Luke (Andria), Hannah, Honour, and Savanah. Cherished great grandmother of Chloe, Abigail, Bennett, Ellie, Madelyn, Leo, Dior, Aria, Rory, and Charlette. Dear sister of Jack Sinke (Louise), Jake Sinke, and Joanne Erkelens.
Lovingly remembered by the Otten family: Tinus and Margaret Otten, Peter and Francis Timmermans, Anna and Chuck Dunlop, Arend and Cherrie Otten, Anno and Betty Otten and her nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents Laurus and Jacoba Sinke, brothers John Sinke, Jim Sinke, Corny Sinke and Bob Sinke, sister Mary Overbeeke, brothers-in-law Gilles Overbeeke and Simon Erkelens, sisters-in-law Anna Sinke, Geraldine Sinke, Brenda Sinke, Joan Sinke and Marilyn Sinke, her in-laws Christoffer and Jacoba Otten, brother-in-law Klaas Vandersleen and sister-in-law Karen Vandersleen.
Mina worked as a Health Care Aide for many years at Hillside Nursing Home and Spruce Lodge. She was a member of the Free Reformed Church of Mitchell.
