EARL PAULEN
Earl Paulen, 89, passed away peacefully at St. Mary's Memorial Hospital on Monday, April 4th, 2022.
Beloved husband of Carolyn (Eisler) Paulen. Dear father of Bruce Paulen (Judy), the late Doug Paulen (2005), Mark Paulen (Trish) and Brad Paulen (Angela). Dear father-in-law of Tracee Paulen-McKone (Todd). Loving grandfather of Jennifer (Evan), Jeff, Jamie, Cole (Emily), Courtney, Avree, Alicia, Carson, Emma and Abby. Cherished great grandfather of Lyla, Ivy, Ava, Nora and Tori. Dear brother of Betty Boyce. Dear brother-in-law of Betty Paulen, Bruce Eisler (Donna) and Hugh Eisler (Rhonda). Also surviving are his nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his daughter-in-law Stephanie Paulen (2014), parents Roy and Mary Paulen, sister Marion Feltz (Mervin), brother Allan Paulen, brother-in-law Bill Boyce and great grandson Landon.
Earl loved his family and especially his grandchildren. He farmed all of his life, enjoyed a Timmie's coffee, the Maple Leafs, the Blue Jays, playing cards, and playing the piano and violin.
Friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Thursday, April 7, 2022 from 6-9 p.m. The family requests those attending the visitation to please register online at LockhartFuneralHome.com or by calling the funeral home at 519-348-8643.
