Obituary for Dale Wolfe

DALE WILSON WOLFE

Dale Wolfe, age 64, of Three Mile Plains, Nova Scotia died unexpectedly on July 28, 2022, three days short of his 65th birthday. He expressed that birthday as a milestone.

Born July 31, 1957 in Stratford, Ontario. Dale was the youngest son of Lorne Charles John Wolfe and Phyllis Louise Soper with two big brothers Marcel and Darrell.

Dale spent his early life cooking. He and Marcel had a restaurant called Zorro’s in Halifax. He married Crystal Greencorn/Jackson on January 18,1985 in Halifax, N.S. Dale worked on the Vinland, Chickenburger and in construction until they moved to Stratford, Ont. where Adam was born. They later moved home to Nova Scotia. Dale was a carpenter like his father helping build a street of houses in Kitchener. He also worked as a truck driver, heavy equipment operator and camp cook. Dale loved being outside. Camping, hunting, boating, and fishing. He would always feed a friend, probably a fish or game.

Surviving are his two brothers, Marcel (Paula); North York, Ontario, Darrell (Lori); Mexico; ex-wife, Crystal Wolfe; he will be forever missed by his son, Adam Joseph Wolfe; Halifax; as well as many nieces and nephews.

A special thank you to lifelong friends Lennie LeBlanc for his assistance at this difficult time and Victor Stevens for helping Dale through life.

Services to be announced at a later date in Brodhagen, Ontario and on an island where Dale experienced peace and created happy memories.

We hope that he is fishing on a big pond and smiling down on us all.
